Do all this and more by getting active!

Writing down the activities you do each day can help you to get a better idea of exactly how much activity you are getting. It may be MORE or LESS than you think! It can also help you keep track of what activities you are doing, how long you are doing them for, and changes in your mood over time. Most importantly, the more aware you are of the amount of activity you are getting, the better chance you have at keeping it going!

  • Write down everything--activity in small amounts counts (don't forget that 10 minute walk after lunch)!
  • Keep your activity log nearby so that it can be a reminder to you to KEEP MOVING!
