My Food Log

Do you really know what you eat in a day? It’s easy to remember what you’ve eaten for a meal, but what about those snacks and nibbles throughout the afternoon? The calories add up! That’s why a food log is a great idea.

  • Take your food log (requires Adobe Reader) with you during the day so that you can record EVERYTHING you eat, even if it’s just a small snack or a drink. It will help you keep track of what you eat and help you notice patterns (and maybe some unhealthy habits!).
  • Once you have an idea of what and when you eat every day, it will be easier for you to make small changes to your diet.

Stick with it and soon you might find it easier to make healthy changes!
