Ingredients
1 10-inch flour tortilla
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
½ cup raw spinach
½ cup chopped or shredded vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes or peppers
2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
1 slice of turkey (optional)
Directions
- Spread ranch dressing on flour tortilla.
- Cover with raw spinach (shredded, torn or whole leaves).
- Add other vegetables, cheese and turkey.
- Roll up tortilla.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
Tips
- Try whole wheat tortillas for a new taste and added fiber.
- Tortilla wraps make a great lunch. Wrap in plastic wrap and take with you for a healthy and low cost lunch.
- Flour or corn tortillas can be frozen and defrosted one at a time.
