Ingredients
2 packages of Chicken Ramen Noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil (try canola oil)
¾ pound sliced chicken (legs or breast without skin and bones)
½ bag of frozen vegetables
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice or water
Directions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet. Fry meat until chicken is browned and no longer pink inside.
- Add the vegetables and heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, seasonings from the flavor packet and lemon juice or water.
- Stir and heat.
Tips
- Use leftover chicken, ham or turkey for the stir fry.
- Use only one season packet instead of 2 to lower the amount of salt.
- Any packaged rice or noodle packet can be turned into a meal by adding vegetables, beans or meat.
