Ingredients
1 apple, cut into small pieces
4 strawberries, cut into small pieces
8 pieces pineapple chunks
4 teaspoons vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons pineapple juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
Tips
- Save the drained juice from the canned pineapple and use it in the recipe.
- Add leftover pineapple to chicken salad, fruit salad or eat as a snack.
- Apples are in season during the fall. In season fruits are less expensive and have more flavor.
- Apples are a great source of fiber. Eating the skin of the apple doubles the amount of fiber.
