Ingredients
1 baked potato
1 topping
2 tablespoons grated cheese
Potato Toppings
- Chili
- Spaghetti sauce
- Cooked broccoli
- Salsa (add lettuce and tomato for a taco potato)
Directions
- Wash potato and pierce with a fork.
- Microwave on high for about 16 minutes (turn over after 8 minutes).
- Carefully cut open the potato.
- Top each potato with one of the toppings.
- Top with grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
