Ingredients
vegetable cooking spray
4 medium ripe tomatoes cut in half crosswise
¼ cup reduced fat Italian dressing
½ cup grated low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray baking pan with vegetable cooking spray
- Place tomatoes, cut-side up, in pan.
- Pour the dressing evenly over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bottoms of tomatoes are browned.
- Sprinkle with herbs just before serving.
