Recommendations

  • Children need 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.
  • Teenagers need 20 minutes of high-level physical activity 3 times per week.
  • Adults need 30 minutes of medium-level exercise 5 days/week or 20 minutes of high-level exercise 3 days/week.
