- Do housework yourself instead of asking another
family member to do it.
- Work in the garden or mow the grass. Rake leaves,
prune, dig and pick up trash.
- Turn off the self-propel option on your lawn
mower or vacuum cleaner.
- When watching TV, sit up instead of lying on
the sofa. Throw away your remote control.
- Instead of asking someone to bring you a drink,
get up and get it yourself.
- Stand up while talking on the telephone.
- Turn up your radio or CD player and dance!
