About Us

This website was developed as part of the Eat Smart, Be Fit, Maryland! Project, a collaboration between the Maryland Cooperative Extension's Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program and the University of Maryland. Funding for the Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program is provided by the USDA in cooperation with the Maryland Department of Human Resources and the University of Maryland. The Eat Smart, Be Fit, Maryland! Project is being conducted across the State of Maryland to learn more about how we can communicate public health messages to the public and effect behavior change.

This project is generously supported by many community partners in the State of Maryland. To learn more about our community partners, click here.
