I find that exercise really makes me feel better in general. It is also a great way to relieve stress.

I feel that exercise is a great way to stay in shape. and its also stress free and keep you looking good even as you get older.

It is hard to stay away from cravings and I suggest doing something really fun keeps you from wanting to eat(physical fun that is)
