I found that I loss weight by walking with my 5lb ankle weights, my problem is that I have a pinch nerve in my back which inables me to walking distances. Which leaves me in the I don't know category.

I really enjoy walking outdoors. Mostly,in the evening because of my schedule. It's also more convenient. The weather sometimes prevents me from walking and other obligations. But, I still exercise.

sometimes I want to exercise but when I start I find myself at a loss to what to do next.
