The best ways are fresh, but it can be very expensive. The farmers market is the best way to go.

The good ways of getting all the good veggies is trying all the brands, Even if they are frozn fresh or canned if look at it in way your getting all the veggies anyway.

My kids eat frozen peas as a "special desert". They won't eat fresh peas. Often we have a mix of both at the table.
