I DON'T BELIEVE ANY NEIHBORHOOD IS SAFE BECAUSE YOU MIGHT THINK SOMEONE IS NICE ANDF THEN NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY MIGHT BE STEALING YOUR CHILD,NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE LIKE THAT BUT WE DON'T KNOW WHICH IS WHICH SO WE HAVE TO SAY THAT.

WE LIVE ON BANNISTER IN ST. CHARLES OUR DOGS ARE NOT SAFE, MUCH LESS OUR CHILDREN.ENOUGHT SAID. APRIL 27, 2006 10;58AM. THURSDAY.

While I think that our neighbor is a fairly safe one, I don't think any neighborhood is to be considered very safe. Afterall, many of us have little to no idea of who most of our neighbors are these days.
