Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 Tablespoon peanut butter or cream cheese
1 Tablespoon jelly
Directions:
Put a whole wheat tortilla on a plate.
Spread peanut butter or low-fat cream cheese on it.
Spread jelly on top of that.
Roll the tortilla up and enjoy!
