Fruit Kabobs with Yogurt Dip



½ watermelon, cut into chunks
½ pineapple cut into chunks or one 20-ounce can pineapple chunks in 100% juice
1 cup red seedless grapes, washed
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
16 wooden skewers, 6 inches long
1 cup low-fat yogurt, vanilla or strawberry flavor

  1. Allow your children to select several fruit chunks and put them on a skewer.
  2. Place low-fat light strawberry yogurt.

Note:  Wash melon before slicing.
