MyPlate Hamwiches



2 slices of whole grain bread
2 Tablespoons honey mustard
2 pineapple rings
2 ham slices
2 lettuce leaves

  1. Cut each slice of bread in half.
  2. Spread ½ tablespoon honey mustard on each half slice of whole grain bread.
  3. Place 1 slice of ham, 1 pineapple slice, and 1 lettuce leaf on the bread.
  4. Place the other half slice of bread on top to make a sandwich and enjoy!
